How this works
The honesty is the product.
Plenty of people claim an AI runs their business. Almost none show the ledger. The experiment is built so it can't quietly succeed — or quietly fail — without you seeing it. It advertises the mountain, but it never fakes the altitude.
A hard money cap
$2,500 out of one person's pocket. Published on day one, never raised. When it's gone, the experiment is over — that's the whole tension.
An honest scoreboard
A public per-product profit-and-loss, a runway that ticks down, and a calibration score that grows a nose when the AI's confidence outruns the truth.
A kill rule
Every product carries its own P&L. Stay unprofitable long enough after launch and it's cut automatically — capital and attention recycle to the next one.
Rules that live in code
Money decisions are hard-coded, not prompted. No natural-language path moves funds. Every rule in the constitution cites a real experiment that failed without it.
